Keep the current invoice open until the transaction is confirmed. If something goes wrong, contact support and include the payment ID.
- Access usually appears automatically a few minutes after network confirmations.
- If the payment is marked as finished but access has not appeared, refresh the status and contact support.
- If you sent the wrong amount or used the wrong network, do not create a second invoice before support answers.
